Margaret Myers Nursery Manager Hi My name is Margaret. I have been involved in childcare for 17 years - from being a nanny for a single child to working in a nursery for 100 children. I am qualified to NVQ Level 3 and am planning to progress my training through Levels 4 & 5 onto Early Years Professional Status. My role includes overseeing the team in every aspect of the Early Years Foundation Stage and ensuring that our nursery is a safe & happy environment for children to learn in.
Gemma Fry Deputy Manager Hi My name is Gemma. I started my journey to becoming a childcare professional straight from school and have worked in nurseries for 10 years. I have achieved NVQ Level 4 and am investigating the furthering of my qualifications to level 5 and on to Early Years Professional Status. My role is to ensure all children’s Learning Journeys are up to date and support my team in assessment & observation.

I am primarily involved in the Leaping Lizards room and love working with our youngest children. I plan lots of activities to keep the children entertained and learning, I also ensure that their learning journeys are maintained.
Tracey Evans Nursery Nurse Hi My name is Tracey. I joined the childcare industry 6 years ago and am NVQ qualified to level 3. I primarily look after our older children in Leaping Leopards where I plan and observe a lot of the activities. I consider the maintenance of the learning journeys and liaison with parents as an important part of my job.
Katie Harrison Nursery Nurse Hi my name is Katie. I have recently achieved my NVQ level 3 in Childcare. I am primarily involved in working with our Leaping Lizards group. I make sure that lots of activities are planned to ensure children enjoy their time at nursery. I also make sure their Learning Journey is maintained.
Michelle Peate Nursery Nurse Hi My name is Michelle and and I am a nursery nurse and mother of two boys. I have over 8 years experience working with pre-school children and am qualified to level 3. I will primarily be looking after our three year olds, in Leaping Lemurs, ensuring that they enjoy a wide range of stimulating activities. I will also be upadating learning journies and diaries.
Emily Teese Nursery Nurse Hi, my name is Emily and I have been working in childcare for 5 years and am currently nearing completion of my NVQ Level III in Children's Care, Learning and Development which will add to my various other professional qualifications including Child Protection, Paediatric First Aid and Early Years Foundation Stage Certification.
