My role includes overseeing the team in every aspect of the Early Years Foundation Stage and ensuring that our nursery is a safe & happy environment for children to learn in.

My role is to provide a range of activities for children to take part in to ensure the maximum benefit is gained from our superb indoor and outdoor facilities.

I primarily look after our older children in Leaping Leopards where I plan and observe a lot of the activities. I consider the maintenance of the learning journeys and liaison with parents as an important part of my job.

Hi My name is Michelle and and I am a nursery nurse and mother of two boys. I have over 8 years experience working with pre-school children and am qualified to level 3. I will primarily be looking after our three year olds, in Leaping Lemurs, ensuring that they enjoy a wide range of stimulating activities. I will also be upadating learning journies and diaries.
