Physical activity is vital to a child’s development in their nursery and outdoor play is another element in encouraging a healthy lifestyle.

Children use our on-site,  all weather, outdoor classroom every day - all year round.  A vital part of Leaps & Bounds childcare.

Both safe & secure this area is monitored by CCTV and  equipped with Safeplay rubber flooring and sunblinds.  Waterproof clothing is provided if needed.

Used to access all areas of the Early Years Curriculum, activities undertaken outside are a natural extension to those taking place in their rooms and carries on the theme of learning through play.

New equipment, toys, bright outdoor poster boards and a gardening area will ensure that all children fully benefit from their outdoor experience & the fresh air.
