We are always looking to provide extra activities, at no additional cost, to enhance our childrens’ time at Leaps & Bounds.  From March we have introduced new activities into to each of our rooms as follows:

Leaping Lizards
Lottie’s Little Artists are visiting us twice a month to teach an art class to our 2-3 year olds.
This class is designed to incorporate all areas of the curriculum where children will enjoy actively participating in painting, sticking, drawing, colouring and other messy activities – many of which they will bring home.  At the end of each term certain canvasses will be named, dated and gift wrapped and available for purchase.     

Leaping Lemurs

Our 3 year olds will be becoming drama Kings and Queens as Debutots visit us twice a month.
Debutots is a unique blend of interactive storytelling and dramatic play where imaginations soar, communication skills grow and creativity & confidence gently blossom.

Leaping Leopards

Our eldest children are being provided with Spanish lessons each week by Maria who has provided the following message:

Hola!
My name is Maria, I am originally from South America and my native language is Spanish. Learning a language at early age is very exciting and can be absorbed very quickly, that is why teaching my native language becomes a very rewarding job. The children learn in a very fun way, through games, songs and language interaction.

Music Lessons

In addition to the above,  Drum Unity will be visiting on a fortnightly basis and each room will benefit from this unique music experience.   They provide drum and percussion workshops and lessons for educational  and entertainment purposes.
